WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEM, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not unravel the hair. It must be kept in it original condition and not used. we will not issue you an exchange, If the item is damaged or faulty we will exchange it for you.
EXCHANGE
Not the correct size or length? Let us know! You have up to 14 days to excahnge your item. Please see above for the condition your hair must be in. We would like to receive it back in the condition that we have sent it. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at info@shobabybeauty.com to let us know the product is on its way (prior to sending it, so we know we have the correct size and length in stock for the exchange!), what you would like to exchange it for, and then we will send you the address to send it to.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due damage, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Providing the item has not been removed from the original package you are able to send the item back to us for an exchange within the first 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order. If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift.
